We know how exciting it is to bring home your new pitbull pup, and we want to make that moment as smooth and joyful as possible.

Picking Up in Person

Once you’ve been approved and matched with one of our puppies, you’re welcome to come meet us in person and pick up your pup right from our home. We typically schedule pickups on weekends to make it easier for families, but we’re also happy to work around your schedule if a weekday works better. Just give us a little notice and we’ll find a time that’s comfortable for both of us.

Visiting Our Home

We take the safety and well-being of our puppies very seriously, so we don’t allow casual visits or walk-ins. In the past, we’ve had people show up just to see the puppies out of curiosity, which can be overwhelming and stressful for both the pups and their moms. Once your application is approved and you’ve reserved your puppy, you’ll be more than welcome to visit and spend time getting to know your new companion.

Delivery Options

If you’re not able to travel to us, no worries. We’ve partnered with a trusted pet nanny service that will safely hand-deliver your puppy to you. Your pup will fly in the airplane cabin (never cargo) accompanied the entire time by a professional pet nanny who keeps them calm, clean, and cared for during the journey.

Setting up delivery is simple. Just send us your full address including street, city, state, and zip code, and we’ll get the ball rolling. You can choose to meet your puppy at your nearest airport for $250 or if you’d prefer door-to-door service, we can arrange home delivery for an additional $50.

Once travel plans are confirmed, usually within 24 to 48 hours, we’ll share your puppy’s flight details, estimated arrival time, and a tracking link so you can follow every step of the journey until your pup is safely in your arms.
