Refund Policy
At Titan Bullies, we take great pride in the health and well-being of every pitbull puppy we raise. If your puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and found to have a health issue that contradicts the records provided, or if a genetic condition is diagnosed, you are entitled to a full refund. This refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. To qualify for a replacement puppy due to genetic concerns, buyers must present two written evaluations from licensed vets from separate clinics confirming the diagnosis.
If within 90 days of taking your puppy home you feel that you’re unable to provide proper care, we will accept the puppy back and issue a full refund. However, the puppy must first pass a health check on our end to confirm it hasn’t suffered any harm or neglect in its new environment. If we find signs of poor care or health issues caused by the new living conditions, a refund will not be granted.
Once 90 days have passed from the purchase date, we can no longer offer refunds for lifestyle-related returns or care concerns.
Return Policy
If a puppy is returned within 90 days because the buyer is no longer able to care for it, the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping. The same applies after the 90-day period if a return is still requested for non-health reasons.
If a licensed veterinarian finds your puppy to be ill or identifies a genetic condition within the first seven days of ownership, we will handle the return shipping at no cost to you.

To start the return or refund process, please complete the return form found at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, we’ll review the information within 24 to 48 hours and begin refund processing shortly after, typically within 3 to 5 business days if all criteria are met.

We’ve never had to issue a return due to health issues or genetic concerns in our puppies. The only return we’ve ever processed involved an owner who had to move internationally and couldn’t bring their pup along. Our goal is to raise confident, healthy pitbulls and place them in homes where they’ll be cherished for life.
