  • Pitbull Puppy Sale Agreement:

    Sale of Puppy:

    The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, one (1) Pitbull puppy for the price of $550.

    Health Guarantee:

    The Breeder guarantees that the Puppy is in good health at the time of sale and is up-to-date on all vaccinations and deworming. The Breeder provides the following health guarantee:

    a. Vet Examination: The Buyer must take the Puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within seven (7) days of receiving the Puppy. If the veterinarian finds the Puppy to be ill or have a serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon return of the Puppy.

    b. Hypoglycemia: The Breeder guarantees the Puppy against hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) for the lifetime of the Puppy. If diagnosed by two (2) licensed veterinarians, the Breeder will replace the Puppy with another of equal value or refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the Puppy.

    c. Communicable Diseases: If the Puppy is diagnosed with a communicable disease within the first fourteen (14) days after delivery, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the Puppy.

    Shipping and Pickup:

    a. Shipping: If the Puppy is to be shipped, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Puppy will be transported via a reputable pet shipping service, and tracking information will be provided to the Buyer.

    b. Pickup: If the Buyer opts for pickup, a refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of this agreement. This deposit is fully refundable if the Buyer decides not to proceed upon meeting the Puppy.

    Payment:

    a. Shipping: The full purchase price must be paid prior to delivery of the Puppy.

    b. Pickup: A deposit of $300 is required when signing this agreement. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

    Buyer’s Responsibilities:

    The Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the Puppy, including sufficient food, water, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all local and state regulations regarding dog ownership.

    Entire Agreement:

    This document represents the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer regarding the sale of the Puppy.
